Issues with o2o set-up Cloudflare

We are trying to set up o2o with Cloudflare for a website that is running on HubSpot. We have followed all instructions. When testing the reverse proxy inside HubSpot, the system keeps on claiming that the “X-HS-Public-Host” HTTP header isn’t set correctly. However, it IS set correctly when we inspect the request via Chrome’s dev tools, as you can see in the screenshots.

Did anyone have the same issue?

HubSpot’s support keeps redirecting us to paid consultancy. We have access to tech resources which all confirm the Cloudflare settings are as instructed.

Thanks in advance!

Hey, @Maarten_Vintage :waving_hand: I’m sorry to hear you’re running into these issues. Support cannot assist with reverse proxy setup, as you’ve already noted. You might try posting over in this thread, as there is a couple of years worth of questions and replies there.

We’ll leave this open in case other community members have feedback or a next step for you to try.

Best,

Jaycee

Hello,

As you can clearly see from my screenshots, the error message HubSpot gives is wrong: HS claims that we do not pass certain headers but we do. The screenshots leave no discussion about that. That’s - in the minimal scenario - a bug of your reverse proxy test page, so please let us know how to continue and/or fix that bug on your page.

Thanks in advance!
