Hi there, I currently have issues with active installs while buidling a connector between my app and HubSpot.
Active installs are defined as the number of unique HubSpot production accounts, unaffiliated with your organization, showing successful app activity within the past 30 days.
However, I cannot install my app with any HubSpot production accounts. Every time I select a HubSpot production account to create a connection, it returns a failure notification from HubSpot. Therefore, I have to create 3 test accounts and have these test accounts installed instead. And HubSpot still counts it as 3 installs. However, when I submitted my app for review, I got a feedback that I have 0 active installs.
How am I supposed to get 3 active installs qualified by HubSpot? If a HubSpot production account is required, I really can’t connect to one, only test accounts. Any information would be a huge help!
Hey, @tramlam Can you give more details on why you cannot connect your app to production accounts? Are you getting an error or warning about missing scopes, for example? Or is there another issue when trying to install in non-test accounts?
Is your goal to get your app listed in the Marketplace? Or only to have an app that can be installed into multiple portals?
For example I currently have 3 accounts as below, the first one is a test account, the others are production accounts. All 3 accounts have the same scopes settings.
@Jaycee_Lewis Hi Jaycee, I just got a confirmation from the marketplace team that Apps/integrations do not require marketplace listings to be installed. So I think I first want to solve the issue of not being able to integrate my app with a production HubSpot account.
If you have any solutions, please advise me. Thank you so much.
