We’re recently seen issues with uploading documents in hubspot that Customer Service cannot fix since they use a third party. When we upload a PDF document (39 pages), and Preview (or even View) the document, all the pages on the right-hand side for preview is just shown as plain white boxes. From previous documents that we’ve uploaded, we’ve been able to see a preview for all other pages. Has anyone else seen this issue with Hubspot? Is there a workaround for it?

I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real time assistance for this matter, including hopping on a screenshare if necessary.

I’ve already done that, but was told to post in the forum, since Hubspot has not found a solution to the issue
