Hello , i have recently retaken and passed the digital marketing certification exam in English with a score of 58/60 . However my certificate is still being generated in French in the My Achievements section . Could you please update my account record to reflect the English version of the certificate ? Thank you !

Hi Sam, thank you for your help. I checked my account settings and they were already set to English, but my certification is still displaying in French. It seems the system associated my certification with the French version of the course. Could you please help me update my achievement record to the English version? Thank you.

I pinged our Academy team on this. The Academy team made changes on their end. Are you able to confirm if you’re seeing this reflected if you attempt to redownload the certification?
