in Marketing Hub Professional & Content Hub Professional, is there a way to successfull create a WF that when a form comes in, to equally distribute amongst users? as i dont have the rotate record to owner available, trying to find another..i read (and this is true) that using the random percentage that the Records will be distributed between branches at random. For the split to be approximately even, you’ll need a minimum sample size of 1,000 records…i am not quite there yet with 1000 records.
The random percentage is the best native workaround to not having Sales Hub Professional, I would say. As a MVP, have you considered simply trying and checking what the split looks like? It might not be perfectly distributed and is close enough potentially sufficient?
If it definitely has to be a perfect round robin, then you would have to look into extensions. I haven’t tested it myself and cannot vouch for it but PocketKnife would be one option: PocketKnife - Features - Owner Rotation
Depending on the size of your team there’s a few ways I would evaluate your situation. One is your could consider integrating 3rd party sales solutions as an alternative to Hubspot sales that might be more within your buget and could also provide your sales team with other advantages. Or you could also consider a solution like Insycle ( https://www.insycle.com/ ) on the data/ops side to handle lead routing for you.
