We want to be able to receive invoices as PDF files on our group email address. But now we only receive payments receipts and no invoices. In Zoho it’s pretty easy to configure and receive PDF files with invoice every month with all necessary information. And in HubSpot we can set up three biliing accounts (with appropriate email addresses), but it’s not usable to get invoice through it. So, can HubSpot team add such must have functionality (that have maybe thousands of services) or can configure (or add) our group email address for receiving invoices.
And maybe it’s a joke from billing team, but “We do not send PDF copies of invoices, we only sent copies of receipts for customers who are under credit card terms”. Why? I think that there is no technical problem to configure sending email with PDF invoices regardless of payment terms. Because for our finances department it’s not necessaru to have access into HubSpot but really necessary to receive invoices. And of course, we receive every month receipt as PDF file, but but we can also download it from HubSpot (as invoices). And the difference between ability to receive PDF receipts and PDF invoices??
