Is there a way to be notified when a deal invoice is paid with ACH?
The reason we need this is that, ACH transfers take very long time to be reflected as a payment activity on Hubspot. For example, the client paid the invoice on October 3rd and it was reflected to Hubspot as a payment on October 9th.
Our worfklows are triggered when the payment is made so we lost 6 days and client was asking questions like it’s been 6 days etc.
So, is there a way to use a specific type of deals’ invoices are paid as a trigger for the workflows? And is there a way to be notified when the invoice is paid with ACH.

Great question, thanks for asking the Community!
I can see in this article “Pay your HubSpot invoice with ACH” that it is indicated “ACH payments typically take between three to five business days to process. During this time, you may still receive past due payment notifications. You will stop receiving the notifications once the ACH payment has been processed.”.

Here’s how you could see a list of processing invoices paid by ACH. In that same table you can add the associated deal by editing columns.
You can create a payment based workflow with the following filters to then trigger a notification:
To see when the ACH payment is fully paid, you’ll want to use the invoice = paid status or payment status = succeeded.
