Hi, I’m trying to import contacts from an excell file and I’m receiving an error for the email. Can anyone help me figure out how to fix this?
hi @SAsadi7 can you confirm that the email value in your spreadsheet doesn’t have any hidden characters and isn’t a link (it doesn’t look like it from the screenshot) - if you can copy one of the email addresses from the spreadsheet and manually create a contact as a test, that might help isolate what the error is.
