Jesse here with Remotish! We are a HubSpot agency with a sole focus on RevOps and all things HubSpot. I’m a digital project strategist so I maintain relationships with our clients and help them strategize on the work needed in HubSpot to support operations.
I see RevOps as the “machine” that has historically supported forward-thinking organizations who are always looking for ways to scale everything.
Currently, I’m most excited by figuring out creative and beneficial ways of documenting workflows and processes in HubSpot. So much brain work goes into deceptively “simple” workflows. Without a clear understanding of the strategy behind the work, it is easy to break things and difficult to improve them.
I’m looking forward to interracting with everyone and most of all - learning from real-world projects and experiences. My favorite RevOps pro is of course @JenBergren!
Thank you, @jspencerdav !
I’ll answer the questions while I am here, too!
What’s your current role? Sr. Operations Manager at Remotish, a HubSpot RevOps and WebOps agency
What industry do you currently work in? Most of our clients are B2B tech companies
What excites you most about RevOps? The transparency and alignment of creating, knowing, and/or guiding the processes that are happening in the customer lifecycle and throughout many areas of the business. Having visibility to everything that is happening, and seeing how it connects, in order to make changes and improvements.
Do you have a favorite blog, podcast, video series, or newsletter that you would recommend to other RevOps professionals? Anything Rosalyn Santa Elena does!
Is there any new content that you’re working on right now? My super slow RevOps book I started in 2020
What are you hoping to get out of this study group? Seeing what other people are doing in RevOps. And spying on Jesse haha
I don’t currently work in any of the above listed industries, just interested in learning more about revops and more! The creation process of RevOps intrigues me to learn more at this time. I dont know of any podcasts and relatable media other than the Hubspot Youtube Channel will be beneficial to this course at this time since I’m very new to this subject and the content, but I wouldn’t mind any recommendations! Looking forward to reading your book! Learning neat tricks and tips would be beneficial to the studying and certification process for sure!
Hi everyone. I am the CRM Administrator for a manufacturing company. My role involves not only managing our CRM, but what all of that information represents. How to use it. A bit of Sales Enablement and RevOps. I’ve been performing RevOps for the past 2 or 3 years without knowing it. Now that I am aware, I want to perform it with a purpose and not haphazardly! I am really excited to learn about real life examples at other organizations. Especially the human element, collaboration, gaining support and buy-in.
I’ve asked the right questions, but it is clear to me that someone (myself) will need to also lead the way with further frameworks, processes, and actionable items.

Hi all! I’m Pasha, the VP of Digital at a marketing agency, and I consult for clients for my side business, mainly focused on martech. I’m working across SaaS, Healthcare, and Technology currently.
RevOps excited me for two main reasons:
If implemented correctly, it can harness the power of technology to break down internal silos across customer-facing departments, including sales, marketing and support, which delivers an improved customer experience.
Because it’s a relatively “new” field, I think it will open many doors for marketing professionals.
For learnings, I’d recommend reading from CMO to CRO: The Revenue Takeover – but I’d love to hear from folks here about what they’re reading and consuming as it relates to RevOps. I’m not working on any content currently, but I will be posting more to LinkedIn, so I plan to share some thoughts on this topic.
I’m here to learn from people doing this in the field – I’m self-taught to a certain extent. Still, I want to understand how to support RevOps through the use/implementation of HubSpot and how-to guide the process internally at an organization.
Hi There, I’m a CRM Administrator and HubSpot specialist at a large business transformation company called Adaptavist. I am the first CRM hire and sit on the IT so as to be able to help all customer facing or touch departments align on CRM.
RevOps excites me becaues it is the natural extension of what I currently do, but formalizes it in a cohesive structure that helps everyone!
My favourtie blog is Ted Talk - After Hours, but for RevOps related content you can’t go wrong with “Operations with Sean Lane”. I’m also reading Tools of Titans by Tim Ferris, which is a good guide for all sorts of best practices in life.
I’m currently building my own side business as a HubSpot specilist - polyrev.ca - which keeps me busy on the weekend!
I’m hoping to implement RevOps at my currently company and start offering services to clients.
