I have tied the internal value to a drop down field to ID Numbers, so the values do not match. (Ex. Ext. Option 1 - Int. ID-XXXX) How to I push the internal value?
I am trying to use a work flow that assigns the selected value to another property that maps to our Salesforce, however, it pushes the external value not internal. If possible, I’d like to only push the internal.

I want to share with your this knowledge base here and this one here to be able to use in a workflow .
When you add a Copy to a property value action in a workflow, only source and target properties with compatible property field types can be selected.
