Introduce an Internal In-App Notification system that allows Super Admins to send targeted announcements directly within HubSpot.
These notifications would appear:
- As a top banner
- In a notification center
- As a dismissible pop-up
- Or as a required acknowledgment for critical updates
- Target by team, role, or permission set
- Schedule start and end dates
- Add links to Knowledge Base articles, dashboards, playbooks, or training
- Mark as high priority
- Optional “Acknowledge” button for compliance tracking
- View analytics on who has seen/read the message
