I want to perform the same integration performed by the vonage buisness on hubspot.

If so, it sounds like you are looking for our the HubSpot Calling Extensions SDK. Although it is still in beta, it is the SDK with which RingCentral and Vonage built their integrations.
The GitHub link I included has instructions that will help you get started.
