Hi, i need to integrate my simple website with hubspot such that
- User can create/add their client name, email, mobile, address etc (kind of CRM) on hubspot which will be integrated with my website.
- Hubspot data will be available on my website for further underwritting.
- Once website data is updated by user, some of the data from website should be visible on hubspot to user.
Could some one please help to share informaiton on how to do it, i search the documentation but mostly its available for third party apps which already has APIs. Please suggest. Thanks
Just to confirm, you’d like to collect customer’s data in HubSpot and some of this data should be accessible to customers so they can update their information?
As far as I’m aware, there is no other way for a client to get access to the information in your CRM but to add them to your HubSpot account as a user. They can, however, update their information with a (new) form submission, as explained in this Community thread.
I hope this helps! If not, please share more details about you goal. For example, how you’d like clients to input their data (form, chat..), where exactly this data should be available on your website (in a member-only area?), and which data should be available. Thank you!
Thanks Mia, i can see there are many apps available on hubspot market place, is there a possibility to create an app for my web application on hubspot, using this app user can add and update their details, which should be integrated with my webapp and rest of the information they can update on webapp which should also be visible on app on hubspot, is there a possibility to achieve this two way communication.
