Integration TypeForm x Hubspot - HTML code

Hello,

I would like to embed an HTML code in my HubSpot email to allow sharing a TypeForm survey directly within the email.

When I integrate the code, the following error message appears:

After checking on forums, I found that this seems to be more of a warning message rather than an actual error.

Have you ever encountered this type of message before?
Would it be possible to contact me to check the form’s code?

Hey @EBondil email clients don’t really have a wide support for custom code. Most typeforms will use scripts and connections that are not compatible with email clients, so HubSpot is rejecting this.

It looks like typeform has some small compatibility for direct email embeds which you can see here.

If this is the code you’re using and HubSpot is throwing this warning, you’ll likely need to create a custom email module to embed this.
