Integration between Wordpress elemantor forms and hubspot stopped working due to CAPTCHA ?

Hi.

We have our hubspot integrated to our wordpress site.

all of the registrations are done through elemantor forms. The integration worked for a long while now.

Few days ago, due to increasing amount of spam registrations we added a captcha mechanism to the form (Captcha3 - the one that you don’t fill anything, but there’s a widget at the bottom right of the screen)

Since that change the forms has stopped being submitted to HS - and i don’t see any error anywhere.

Does has something similar or knows why this is happening ? i know there are strict rules to when the integration is supposed to work, but we complied with all of them and it worked prior to that for a long period.

Hey @galileran,

As mentioned by user @jaspervangulik on this dev forum thread, the form works after changing the Recaptcha to an earlier version.

Could you try and see if this works?

Thanks @WendyGoh for this reply ! for now it seems to be working again- we changed to Captcha v2 and now the integration is working.
