Hi everyone, I’m Rose, the Product Lead for HubSpot’s help desk tool. At this time there are no plans to develop this Idea. This is not to say that this idea will never be developed, just that there are no plans to do so at this time.
We are currently working on some significant improvements to how collaboration works for support teams in help desk, which are in Beta and you can read more about here: Create and View Notes in Help Desk (Replacing Comments). I can absolutely understand the value of being able to add tables into notes as well, and will keep this on our radar as a potential future enhancement.
Any plans to make this work in 2026?
