Hi Community,
I wonder if there is any simple way to include a “rate this email” functionality in a Hubspot email, so those who receive and read it can submit a very quick feedback. It could be something like a green, orange, red traffic lights option, similar as the one you see in the airport after the security control.

HubSpot doesn’t have a built-in functionality for this but it can be built.
The easiest way this can be accomplished is by creating three CTAs in the CTA tool, each one corresponding to one of the colored feedback options. These would all link to a simple “Thank you for your feedback” landing page.
In the email editor, you would place these CTAs at the end of your email. You can now build three active lists and filter for those contacts who have clicked the first CTA, second and third CTA. This would be a very basic version of a survey since it wouldn’t account for repeated votes.
If you have a Professional or Enterprise license, there is more fancy stuff which you could do with workflows and calculated properties. Repeated votes could be measured with the “Increase property value by” action in workflows. Let me know if you want to explore this further, happy to help!

Tal como Karsten te indica, puedes usar un CTA visual tipo semaforo
o puedes usar un CTA explicita que diga “Rankea o evalua este correo aqui” y puedes redigirir a un form o encuesta.
Te recomiendo siempre que los Emails tengan 1 solo objetivo o accion a realizar
asi tienes mejores tasas de conversio y no marear al lector.
