We should have the ability to modify/include additional contact properties when exporting feedback survey submissions (or even form submissions). This allows the functionality to be custom to each client in terms of what information from the contact they’d like to include in the export of these submissions.
Helps with building reports more seamlessly too!
Totally agree with this. It’d be nice to be able to include feedback properties in a form, and vice versa. Additional contact properties to use in a feedback survey would help us update/bolster our data.
I agree. I can’t figure out how to get the Deal and Product information I put on the feedback submission on creation to export with the responses. Just the questions/answers and the hubspot fields.
I see the data in the custom view I made, I can report on it with a report. But when I just go to export all responses I don’t see those properties in the file.
This would be extremely helpful. Our use case is when clients submit an opt-in form. We need our Client ID (which is a contact property) to be included in the export, and we can’t include it in the form (already tried it as a hidden field, but this doesn’t work - the export does include the column but all values are blank, and we can’t set a default value in the hidden field as it’s unique to each client).
Current workaround is to create a segment of contacts that submitted the form and add Client ID as a column in the segment. The ability to add it to the form submissions export would save time.
