Right now you can add multiple channels to an inbox.
But there is no possility to limit the amount of email addresses your users can answer the incoming mails with.
Right now, if you want to answer a mail, that was sent to channel A, with the sender address of channel B, the mail address of channel A is preselected. In our case, it would be very useful to pick one primary sender mail for every mail that comes into our inbox, no matter from which channel the mail was originally sent to.
Only connecting one channel and forwarding the mails from the other channels into the connected channel outside of HubSpot is not possible for us.
