Hello team, we got a lot of emails from the same patient, asking for delivery updates for example, would be amazing if I could sort my hubspot inbox and group the emails received sorted alphabetically. This way I could close the multiple emails and only reply to the latest ones, instead of going through the emails and checking cases I’ve already replied. Or that posteriously informs us that the solution has been solved already.
