Curious if there is a fee associated with hosting a meetup at Inbound 2024. I didn’t see anything mentioned but wanted to confirm prior to submitting an application. Thank you!

Great question, thank you for asking the Community and thanks for your interest in hosting Inbound Meetups!
Just for the context and for information for other Community Members, Inbound Meetup allow you to build your network or share your passion with like-minded individuals. We’re on the lookout for themes and topics that bring a fresh perspective to our audience! You can submit your proposal by Friday, May 17 at 11:59 PM EDT to be considered.
Hosting a Meetup at INBOUND offers a unique platform to connect and grow. Networking meetups will be hosted in-person and will take place live September 18-20th 2024, between 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time (UTC-5).
Call for Meetups is specifically for hosting a 45-minute networking meetup.
Everyone is welcome to apply : Inbound 2024.
Now, to answer your question, I don’t recall any fees associated with Inbound Meetups either but I am going to check internally and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience as I was checking on this for you!
So, the only fee that you may have, would be, if you choose the optional food and beverage (catering) option for the Inbound meetup.
