Hello I am the admin of maison du meunier and I (as a indivual) passed the inbound marketing certification . I succeeded but I cannont download my award as I am concerned being part of the team of “maison du meunier”. How can I manage to have acces to my personal certification? Thank you !

Do you mind clarifying what you mean in regards to being considered part of the team as intefering with your ability to download the ceritifcate? Are you seeing the certificate at all?
Any screenshots you can provide would be great!
