IMPROVING MY CONTENT CREATION FRAMEWORK

Before now, I used to just draw out an outline for something I want to write on and sketch away; now I realize it’s important to have a solid content creation framework, especially if your goal is to educate your audience enough for them to make a purchase. It’s important to:

1. Conceptualize the content (by searching for FAQs helpful to your target audience; understand their journey as buyers and answer their questions accordingly )

2. Plan a timeline (maintain agility while executing on your initiatives by asking: “is the focus improving volume of leads, traffic?”

3. Creating a workflow (must be an intuitive breakdown of the content creative work; break down the steps the content goes through from ideation to publication).

4. Edit and review content (check for errors, confirm facts, optimize for search engines, eliminate redundancies)

5. Store and organize content

Hi @EAmaechi,

Agreed on your points. One of the other things that is tremendously helpful that aligns with number 1, is actual buyer interviews. The best interviews are conversational, not strictly question/answer. If you can get your existing/future to agree, just let them talk about themselves and when there are points relevant to your business, dig deeper. Ask why, how, when types of questions.
These interviews can help build a solid content plan that really resonates with your buyer persona.
