It would be great to see enhancements in HubSpot’s property-mapping for Forms. Specifically, making it easier to disconnect a wrongly mapped property without needing to delete and recreate it.
For already-used properties, providing the option to create a new property when disconnecting would streamline the process and prevent accidental data loss.
These improvements would create a smoother experience for users and boost productivity while reducing user frustration. It will allow teams to work faster and focus more on generating leads and engaging customers.
Implementing this will help set HubSpot apart in a crowded market and further strengthen it’s reputation for being a user-friendly and innovative CRM.
