Hey HubSpot
It would be great to build out the functionality of “secondary teams” in HubSpot. Currently, HubSpot really only uses the Primary team for most tools and fields that reference it i.e.
a) If a Sidebar is assigned to a team and that user has two sidebars assigned to them (1x Primary and 1x Secondary) it will only showcase the primary team’s sidebar.
b) If a contact/deal/ticket is owned by a user, it will only reference the “Primary Team” as the value of that user, it won’t reference their secondary team too.
It would be good to build out the purpose of “secondary teams” beyond just a user structuring perspective in HubSpot. The ability to have a contact owned by two team values, or combining the sidebars assigned into a joint one.
