I am trying to import multiple languages, but everytime I import a language, it turns any accents into jibberish. How can I get around this?

For example:

English: Business Card Scan

French: Numérisation de cartes de visite

What shows in HubSpot: Num�risation de cartes de visite

This has happened for both the French and Italian import I have done so far, but in different fields (even though they are both translating the sames fields)

Have you verified that your import files are UTF-8 encoded? This is a requirement when importing foreign language characters.

I tried to save the document as CSV UTF-8 and it is still coming across incorrectly:

Numérisation de cartes de visite

Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks for trying that out, @SBrooks10! @roisinkirby suggested in another thread to try using Google Sheets for these documents. Maybe you can copy your data into a fresh Google Sheet and try re-formatting it from there.
