Importing mails

Hi,

I was wondering how to import mails from outlook into Hubspot. I have received an e-mail in outlook and I do not know how to import it to have all data with the company.

Hi @DSchuller,

You can forward your email to HubSpot and it should create the contact and company if they aren’t already in your HubSpot. Here’s an article.

Additionally, you could always reply to the email and log that activity in HubSpot which will have the same results.

Note, if you want a company with information created the setting to automatically create and associate companies should be turned on.
