It is possible in the LinkedIn app to scan the QR generated code and easily add the person as a new contact on your own LinkedIn profile.
I would like to have the same option when using the scanner in the Hubspot App and create a new contact in Hubspot.
Now it is only capable to scan business cards.
This is an excellent idea as a work-around to a recent issue that I have encounterd. 
3 events to which the team has participated in the last 2 months has produced a rather hapzard method of lead collection. The participants didn’t have business cards but LinkedIn QR codes on their entry badge. 
Thus, we have taken a step back in lead collection to take photos of the badges, to be manually processed post-event.
Great idea. I would want that too!
