It would be incredibly helpful if we were able to import a group on contacts that we just had an event or meeting with and have it log the meeting.
We often host events and educational classes for our clients and it would be so much easier if we could import a .csv or .xslx with all of the attendees and have it log the meeting with them. (Instead of creating the event on one contact and adding in all of the attendees by hand). We typically have over 50 clients attend these events, so it would save us a lot of time and help with th accuracy of our Activity timelines.
This would also allow for us to send out follow-up communication from the event or class to the clients who attended.
Would still love to see this idea executed!

Agreed! We import our conference meeting lists, and often, multiple contacts from the same company attend. We would love to be able to import and associate both contacts with the one meeting upon import.
I just joined the forum to suggest this very thing…and I’m disappointed to see that you suggested this 5 years ago and such a basic function hasn’t been implemented. I conduct training events and need to set them up as meetings (because “events” don’t generate a calendar entry). It’s crazy that I am told I have to search for, and enter, each additional attendee one-at-a-time. I should be able to add a contact segment.
