I amtrying to import a list with the Deal Name format “Company | Location | ######”; However, the result in Hubspot was the import was concluded was “| | Location”.
Any Idea in how to solve it? Should I not use the “|” sign in the name import?

I’ve done hundreds of imports with that vertical bar included in the import name, that should not be an issue. Maybe this was an issue of your clipboard not working as expected when pasting the import name or accidentally deleting part of the name?

The issue may be related to how HubSpot processes special characters during imports. In some cases, the “|” symbol can be interpreted incorrectly, causing parts of the Deal Name to be removed or split during the import process.
You could try replacing “|” with another separator such as a hyphen (-), slash (/), or en dash (–) and then re-import the file. Also, verify that the CSV columns are correctly mapped during the import process.

Yes, the | sign is most likely causing the problem.
HubSpot imports sometimes don’t handle special characters like | very well, especially in CSV files. That’s probably why your Deal Name is importing incorrectly.
So, instead of:
Company | Location | ######
try using something simpler like:
Company - Location - ######
or
Company / Location / ######
Those formats usually import much more reliably.
