Implementing HTML Email Template

Hi all,

Forgive me for how ignorant this message is! I do not know much about this topic.

We outsourced a designer to code two email templates. But now we don’t know how to get them implemented into HS. He mentioned HS uses JSON, which needs to be added to the template. We have two HTML files ready to go.

Is this something I need a developer to do? And if so, is this a quick thing someone can help with? We’ll pay, obviously. :slightly_smiling_face:
