I’m looking for a way to flag “first meetings” in HubSpot. I found a solution to add “1st Meeting” as the meeting type, but this requires manual input from our sales team.
Ideally, I’d like to identify first meetings that were booked historically since we’ve been using HubSpot for a couple of years. I tried creating custom properties and using a workflow, but it hasn’t worked so far.
Could you please help me with this?

Can you explain what you want to achieve by flagging first meetings?
In general, yes, you can use meeting types but as of now, there are no meeting based workflows which means you’d have to work with the HubSpot API. There is currently no-dev option that would let you automatically mark first meetings with a corresponding meeting type natively.
If you want to know the date for reporting purposes, you could consider storing the first meeting date in a custom date property. I explained how to this recently here: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Reporting-Analytics/Time-to-contact-lead/m-p/1189090/highlight/true#M7727

We are currently tracking the number of first meetings booked as our key performance indicator as the total number of meetings isn’t relevant to us anymore.
So it’s important for us reporting.
Ideally, I wanna know when the 1st meeting was scheduled? (MM/YYYYY).
