I do sales work for two different companies and personally own the starter versions. I set up two users both with my name but different emails and login.
How do I best move between the companies? I’d like to send emails via email templates - different templates for each company. I’ll have different signature blocks for each.
I’m categorizing -seperating contacts- by using the contact owner field.
Any tips of hints on how to best accomplish this? Can I keep two hubspot’s open ( one for each) at the same time? So I don’t send wrong email template from the wrong email address?
also, iPhone app. How do I switch between there? Or is their a way to have two instances of app on one iPhone?
For the iOS app, if you have to separate email addresses for login, you’ll have to fully log out of one account and back in with the other. A password manager can help make this process faster but I’m not aware of any workarounds that would let you stay logged into both accounts at the same time.
On a PC or Mac, you can use different browsers or a browser extension to stay logged into both portals at the same time. I have multiple portals with different email addresses for log in and I use extensions called ‘Multi account containers’. They allow you to separate your browsing experience into different color-coded tabs. Cookies aren’t shared between the tabs, meaning you can be logged into the different accounts.
