Welcome Diamond King ! that’s a lovely introduction! Can you share more about your role as a Project Manager at Brasstacks and what inspired you to join a start-up B2B SaaS company? --- This post was migrated from connect.com and was originally published at an earlier date.

Hi Victor! Nice to e-meet you! My role in Brasstacks have been challenging but the good type of challenge. I was able to use my e-learning background and hone my skills. I’ve discovered and learned a lot of things I didn’t know I needed. And what I like the most in being with a start-up company is that, no idea is too small and every angle matters. I am free to be creative as I can for as long as it aligns with the project goals. At the moment, we are starting to build our marketing content, as a Marketing Manager yourself, do you have any tips and tricks that we can use to ensure that when we launched people will know we exist? --- This post was migrated from connect.com and was originally published at an earlier date.

That’s a great question! One key insight I’ve gained from working with both startups and large companies is their differing approaches to the size and scale of marketing campaigns. Interestingly, startups and small businesses often set more ambitious goals, driven by a sense of urgency and the need for rapid growth. In contrast, large companies tend to focus on scalable strategies that allow them to quickly adapt, invest minimal resources, and minimize losses. Therefore, adopting an experimental approach is crucial. If a small initiative, such as a piece of content, proves effective for a few people, it can be scaled up significantly. If it doesn’t work, you can easily pivot and refine your strategy, improving step by step. --- This post was migrated from connect.com and was originally published at an earlier date.

Makes sense! What a great insight! We are at the phase where we need to establish our brand and gain our audience/target market’s trust, and most of the time, with all the resources available out there, capturing their attention and retaining their interest is what we find most challenging. We are looking for a Content Marketing Strategist that will help us get there. If you know someone, please let me know. Thank you so much! :raising_hands: --- This post was migrated from connect.com and was originally published at an earlier date.
