HubSpot Users Not Syncing To Databox

Hello,

We integrated Databox into HubSpot 1 year ago. We are satisfied with the data and dashboard. The problem is that the new members who recently joined our team are not showing up in Databox.

What steps do I miss to make them sync automatically?

@Thadar - Are the users added to both HubSpot and Databox (with the same email addresses for the datasync to marry up the users in the sync)?
