How do I get the Hubspot Tools widget to show up?

Which widget exactly are you referring to? Which tool are you using, where is the widget typically appearing?

As always, please make sure you’ve completed these steps before anything else:

  • Use a supported browser: Browsers supported by HubSpot
  • Update your browser
  • Disable extensions
  • Clear cache / cookies
  • Check with IT if an anti-virus software could be interfering

I had to go into Chrome settings for the HubSpot root and enable pop-ups. This fixed it.

If you’re using Brave Browser, you have to allow all cookies. Settings → Shields → Block Cookies → Allow all cookies
