Hubspot Sequence Automation

Hi Everyone,

We are trying to use the Hubspot sequence automation feature, and have 3-4 accounts working under it. However, only the super admin account is able to create a sequence. What should be done in order to create a sequence from every account? what changes are required for this?

Hi @SarahAmundsson,

Could you check whether these users have permissions to create and edit templates? Navigate to Settings > Users & Teams > click on user > switch to Sales tab:
