I’ve used the quotes workflow to help pass information to QB online. Here’s some documentation on doing so.

HubSpot’s native QuickBooks integration does not currently support syncing Quotes directly to QuickBooks Invoices. The integration is limited to syncing HubSpot Invoices with QuickBooks Online.To achieve a Quote-to-Invoice sync, you’ll need to implement a custom workflow action within HubSpot. This would involve creating a custom workflow that triggers when a Quote is created or approved, and then sends the relevant data (e.g., line items, customer details) to QuickBooks via their API to generate an invoice.This approach allows you to automate the process while maintaining full control over the data mapping and behavior.
