Hello!

Does HubSpot have it’s own proposal feature where prospects can look over and sign the agreement, or is the only option a proposal integration such as Proposify, Better Proposals, PandaDoc, etc.?

We currently have Proposify and are looking for an option that syncs better with HubSpot, or is just better overall.

Hi @LHanson9,

Have you checked the HubSpot quotes with the e-signature features?

You can get pretty creative with the quote templates.
If you want more flexible agreements or contracts an integration is a better alternative.

We have an Proposal app for HubSpot called Portant. I am biased, but I think it’s the best integrated proposal app on the hubspot marketplace.

For example, Portant can:

  • source and use any data connected to your HubSpot Deal and customise a proposal with it (custom properties and objects included).
  • save proposal details and links as custom properties on your deal so you can automatate workflows from data that Portant creates.
  • be used as an action within a HubSpot workflow
  • and more…
