Hubspot Forms admin maintenance

Edit for conciseness and dropping things already implemented:Please add form options (like who to send an email to, etc) to the index view for forms as editable from the index view. This would not include form layouts visuals, but would make auditing and maintaining form setups far easier, particularly with those of us with dozens of them.

Original below:

We have many forms. We have multiple times needed to audit them all, and the properties that you have to click through a few pages to get to are tiresome to audit or maintain, such as when different users need to get an email notification of a submission because somebody retired or changed positions, or we find out about a setting that should really change for all or most of them.

Please make a UI for forms with editable fields more similar to the indexes for the primary CRM objects. This can be accessible to those with edit permissions, and would include the various preferences/settings as columns in the view, and filters for things like form name and brands. This would allow us to quickly audit that all of the forms for a particular brand go to that brand’s people, that all of them for a particular kind of business section (such as aftermarket sales or service) go to the correct groups, that other settings are consistent, and can be changed more easily in bulk (similar to bulk property updates in the contacts index).

Please also have index view tabs for people to figure out if they want only published forms, forms by brand, or whatever other filtering metric they feel like for their particular responsibilities.

Obviously the index view would need to still have a button on the recordID/name column entries for people to click through and be able to work on the form layout or view submissions, but I think that’s reasonable as those aren’t really something you’d be doing as bulk maintenance. This button could also have a menu (like actions in user maintenance) that would have quicker actions such as turning a form off.

+1 this would be a great addition
