hubspot error failed to load pdf document

When trying to upload documents, I keep getting this error message and when the link is created for the document and I try to open the document by copying and pasting the link, I stil get the same error message.

Hey, @MCraig27 :waving_hand: Welcome to our community! It’s not 100% clear based on your screenshot and post if you are doing this in-app or via the Files API. Based on this, the community will need additional information to help you.

For example:

  • Can you clarify which method you are using?
  • Have you tried with a different PDF? Or a smaller PDF if this one is on the large size?
  • Where is the file stored? On your desktop? Or in a Google Sheet, for example?
  • If you are using the Files API, can you share your request and response, please?
