Hello @sjames

We have a great troubleshooting guide for the extension that will explain more about this error message.

I hope this information helps.

Pam

Thanks for that, but it certainly seems super “hack-y” as far as solutions go. Is there a reason Hubspot isn’t using a trusted certificate?

Hello @sjames,

I confirmed with the team and our certificate is updated and valid.

We recommend working with your IT team to see why there is a blocking in our plugin from installing.

Thank you,

Pam

FYI for anyone having similar problems in the future, I was finally able to get it installed with this tool:

The Internet Explorer advice above did not work in my case.

Dear Hubspot, as much as your tutorials, help etc **bleep**, your clients rule, Thx sjames. That worked.
after12 months of no desktop tool I got it working again.

Thank you sjames, this worked!! I cant figure out why Hubspot doesnt have a fix for this yet.

Thanks for the solution :+1:

I had to take the steps to Trust these certificates when installing the add-in for Outlook. Will HubSpot be fixing the issue and create a certificate that covers this?
