The HubSpot blog needs to be connected to the website? Or i can use hubspot to create a post blog without being connected to any website?

When you are creating a blog within your account you would need to have a domain connected. The screenshot below reflects what it looks like when creating a new blog; we can see here that currently, the Blog Url has a * next to it, meaning that it is a required field.
