I would like to integrate HubSpot and Cin7. All data was uploaded as contact data. Do I have to reupload it as Company data before proceeding?
The data I want to update on Hubspot through Cin7 integration is Company name, price tiers, contacts, addresses and sale by product.
I am not a developer. Can anyone assist with this?

I don’t have personal experience with this integration, but I did some digging into the integration’s functionality. You’ll see here that as it currently stands, Cin7 Customers sync with HubSpot Contacts (bi-directionally), Cin7 Products sync directly to HubSpot Products (not back into Cin7), and Cin7 Suppliers sync bidirectionally with HubSpot Contacts. I don’t specifically see Companies listed anywhere here, which would imply that we wouldn’t expect Company data to sync between the two.

To integrate HubSpot with Cin7 and update Company-specific data (like company name, price tiers, contacts, addresses, and sales by product), you’ll need to ensure the data is correctly structured within HubSpot.
If your data is currently in contact records, it’s best to re-upload or map the relevant information to Company records in HubSpot. This will ensure that company-level fields like price tiers and company name are linked to the right HubSpot objects.
