Hello team!
For the last week we have been receiving the information we collect on our forms in HTML when we open the case in Salesforce, but if we go to Hubspot we can see the information clear in rich text. This was not happening and now it’s been sporadically. The information is still there but it is difficult for our sales people to go through it and get it.
I’m attaching some pictures of the info we get on Salesforce, please help us to fix it.
