Due to this spamming I lost my important mails. Kindly, tell me the whole process to unsubscribe some platforms.

Gmail is trying to do its best in determining which emails are the important ones and which should be spam. As with most machine learning, it’s often right and sometimes wrong. Unfortunately it’s to be expected that some important emails will land in the spam folder.
Your best option is to keep on training the spam recognition by following these basic steps. If you’re a Google Workspace admin, there are additional options for allowlisting approved senders or more aggressive filters.
