How to edit a user´s name

I have to make a name change on an existing user (same e-mail account), but I can´t seem to find out how to edit the name of the user?

You can’t make this change on behalf of someone else, only the user can. There’s a step-by-step instruction which you can forward to them: Manage your user profile and preferences
