Hey Guys,
I am looking to create a Super Dashboard in the instance in order to place every webinar/event’s Dashboard Tile under it. So in one Super Dashboard, I am able to get data of each webinar/event happened. Is it possible to create it? Things will be much sorted
TIA
Hi @Deep_Kwatra,
Generally yes; this depends a lot on which webinar tool you’re using and what exactly your requirements for such a “Super” dashboard are. What exactly would you want to have on this dashboard?
In the custom report builder, you should see these data sources. If your webinar integration is populating these, that could be a good starting point: Create reports with the custom report builder
Some webinar integrations also populate contact properties, in which case you might have to work with lists to filter for contacts who have had a certain event participation or attendance before creating reports based on those lists.
Best regards!
Hi @Deep_Kwatra
Sync webinar data as Marketing Events
- Make sure your webinar platform (e.g. Zoom, GoToWebinar, Livestorm, WebinarGeek) is integrated and syncing webinar activity into HubSpot as Marketing Events this is key to reporting.
Build custom reports using that data
- In Custom Report Builder, select Marketing events, Marketing event participation, or Marketing event analytics as your primary data source. You can bring in up to four more sources like Contacts or Deals.
Create tailored report tiles per webinar
- For each webinar, build a report filtered by event name (e.g. “Attended marketing event = Webinar X”) to track metrics like registrations vs. attendance, engagement, and deal influence.
Assemble the “Super Dashboard”
-
Go to Reporting → Dashboards → Create dashboard, then add each webinar report tile. Arrange and resize for a clean, consolidated view.
-
Optional: Enhance with attendee lists & attribution
- Use active contact lists (e.g. “Attended Webinar X”) for segmentation and workflows. If you’re on Marketing Hub Enterprise, enable event attribution (“Registered/Attended marketing event”) to measure revenue impact.
Hey @Deep_Kwatra, figured I would add some inspiration of what a Super Webinar Dashboard coud look like in HubSpot.

Example of Webinar Reporting Dashboard in HubSpot (using Univid)
Some examples and KPIs to show:
- Number of registrations per webinar
- Total number of registrations per month
- Funnel to see how many converted on CTA button
- Deal pipeline influenced by webinars
In this example I used Univid:s native HubSpot integration (top rated on G2 and in HubSpot:s marketplace) - which allows you to get App Events that you can segment and build these Custom Reports on. If you are curious on details of the set up - you could see how in this YT video.
