How to capture outgoing messages via API?

Я хочу реализовать интеграцию HubSpot с чат-центром.

Идея в том, что вся переписка, которая есть у оператора в HubSpot, будет транслироваться в мое приложение.

Входящие сообщения можно получить через

conversation.newMessage

и

conversation.creation

.

Как лучше всего получать исходящие сообщения операторов из HubSpot, кроме GET, запрашивающего историю сообщений?

Haven’t tried anything yet, as I want to see if there is a way other than GET request.
