I have workflows that are attached with sequences. So the idea is I have an automated email whenever a prospect fills up our form in our website, they get an email. So weird thing is one of the sequences always add 3 hours delay before it sends an email, I have tried with other sequences I have in the workflow and there the messages are sent instantly, and when I check the options section on the sequences, they seem to be identical, any clue? Thanks!
